NEMA Custom ORv3 Power Cords
Custom ORv3 Power Cords combine the standard 7-pin ORv3 universal AC input connector (rack side) with a plug, cable type, and length that you specify. This allows seamless integration with diverse power architectures while maintaining OCP compliance. The custom-built approach is ideal for:
- Unique power-delivery configurations (different voltage, amperage, plug standard)
- Non-standard rack layouts or unusual power-supply distances
- International or non-North American installations
- OEM / wholesale packs where standardized cords may not fit all use cases
Our custom ORv3 cords can be configured with a variety of mains-side plugs — including NEMA locking plugs (e.g. NEMA L22-20P or L22-30P) or international / IEC types such as IEC60309.

Universal ORv3 7-Pin Connector (Rack Side)
Uses the standard OCP ORv3 universal AC input connector.
Supports up to 40 A current and 120/208–277/480 V voltage, enabling compatibility with a wide range of rack power-supply voltages.
Configurable wiring: 7 poles / 5 wires, with available wire gauges between 8 AWG and 12 AWG (or metric equivalents, 6.0 mm² down to 2.5 mm²).
Durable molded construction, with UL-certified PVC over-mold for the connector housing, and nickel-coated brass blades for reliable contact.
Operating temperature range: –40 °C to +90 °C, making it suitable for a broad range of environmental conditions.
Customizable Mains-Side (Input) Plug and Cable
Plug options include NEMA locking plugs (e.g. NEMA L22-20P, L22-30P) — ideal for North American or similar three-phase power infrastructures.
International / IEC / IEC60309 (pin-and-sleeve) plugs are also supported, covering global power standards.
Cable construction and wiring gauge are selectable to match amperage and environmental requirements (e.g. SOOW jackets, rubber-jacketed H07RN-F cable for industrial use).
Custom lengths — useful when rack distance from power source varies, or when cable management requires non-standard whip lengths.
