100% of our UK power cords are fully molded high quality cords and RoHS and REACH compliant. All the BS1363 plugs come with an overcurrent protection fuse and are certified for any country using the BS 1363 plug.
The BS1363 plug is the safest plug design in the world. It's the only plug standard that mandates the use of an overcurrent fuse. The ground prong is longer to ensure it enters the receptacle first and the line and neutral prongs are insulated up to 9mm long to prevent shock when partially plugged in.
