Signal and Power Delivery Systems (SPDS) is a worldwide manufacturer of power cords, cord sets and power cord plug adapters. We are organized specifically to supply OEM's in the computer, security, wireless, hospital grade and medical, networking and consumer electronics markets. SPDS offers a complete line of standard and custom power cords and cable assemblies, plastic molded products and virtually any interconnect and power solution. We manufacture in very large volume overseas (8+ million combined items per month in over 84,000 square feet of manufacturing space make us the world's second largest power cord factory) to provide the most competitive prices. In-house components are used whenever possible to further enhance pricing advantage.
We are headquartered in Campbell, CA to provide complete local support and therefore offer the finest American service with the best of Far East manufacturing. Service extends beyond simple order taking to engineering and technical assistance and complete documentation control.
Factory Certifications: All manufacturing facilities are UL and ISO 9001:2008 certified as well as ISO 14001-2004 certified and only offer 100% RoHS and REACH compliant products since November, 2004.
Quality: Our commitment to quality is comprehensive and real (not just posturing for our customers!). IQC, IPQC and OQC are used 100% of the time. Test procedures, standards and equipment are documented, calibrated and audited regularly. We can honestly boast a less than one- tenth of 1% failure rate! (RMA's for us are so rare that it's almost impossible to calculate rates)
What's new: We have completed a brand new factory in the ShangHai area which houses another 600 employees and offer full turnkey contract manufacturing services in addition to cable assemblies and custom plastics.
